Bal Johal
Bal graduated from Queen Mary’s University (London) with first class honours in 1976 and completed his master’s degree the following year at the same institution. After beginning his accountancy career and completing his training with C.T. Harwood & Co, he later founded Johal & Co in 1985. Since then, the practice has enjoyed sustained growth and is now a long-established and leading accountancy firm in West London. Bal has built an enviable and diverse client portfolio across London and southern England, successfully growing the practice into what it is now. As a prominent and trusted member of the local business community, he has developed close working relationships with clients and provides tailored advice to help them to achieve their ambitions. This is evidenced by the fact that many clients have remained with Johal & Co for over 25 years, with their children and other family members often becoming clients themselves. Based on his many years of experience and detailed understanding of the practical challenges that most businesses face, Bal has a successful track record of helping our clients to grow their businesses and drive profitability. He strives to deliver a comprehensive accounting service and specialist tax advice which is both easy to understand and specific to the client’s needs. Bal’s core principles of exceptional service and proactive engagement with our clients are also reflected in the approach of the whole team at Johal & Co. Outside of work, Bal is a keen fitness enthusiast and devotes his time to his family.
